A Day in the Life

I guess it is time to update our celebrity couple name to incorporate the new addition to our family. How does Zandrelyn sound? Less like an alien name than Zandrea? On a more serious note, Adelyn turned 2 months old today! Yesterday was her blessing in church, and tomorrow she gets her 2 month shots. This is a very big week for her. Also, Zac went back to work after a 2 week break for Christmas and New Years. We were so lucky to have lots of time to spend with each other and our families over the break. Adelyn is getting more active each day. She loves to spend time in her playgym, moving her arms and legs like crazy! She also has begun smiling and cooing a lot more in the last 2 weeks. It is really fun to interact with her as she begins to “talk” back to us. Also, she has begun consistently sleeping about 6 hours in a row at night, waking up to eat, and then sleeping 3 or 4 more. It is so nice, because I feel totally recharged in the morning, instead of exhausted. We love visitors, so anyone who hasn’t met her yet, you are invited to come visit us and help us stay busy!
