		<description>I know how rough the one nap transition is but it will get better. Listen to your mommy gut and what your baby is trying to tell you. For us, Paisley didn&#039;t make up the lost morning nap in the afternoon which maybe what your little one is doing too. It took Paisley a little while to figure everything out and at 20 months we STILL struggle with sleep. The past two days there has been NO nap... just playing in the cirb for an hour. Do what works for you and your family no matter what any book or person says!</description>
